How We Use Your Information
Newsletter: Send weekly insights about EdTech strategy challenges (you can unsubscribe anytime). We clean our newsletter list annually to remove dormant subscribers. Other information is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Service Delivery: Respond to inquiries, scheduling, deliver the services you've purchased, post-strategy guidance
Business Development: With your explicit permission, we may use anonymized insights from our work together in articles, case studies, or presentations. Client names and identifying details are never shared without separate written consent.
Testimonials: We may request permission to use your feedback in our marketing materials. This is always optional and requires your explicit approval.
What We Don't Do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone
- Share client details without permission
- Send promotional emails unless you've subscribed
- Use your information for anything beyond delivering our services
We only send permission-based email. You may choose to opt-out of our mailing list. All emails sent to you will be compliant with CAN-SPAM and will include the option to unsubscribe from receiving communication from us.
